Mariner's Choice International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MCII) is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of eco-safe, superior performance products with a wide array of industrial, commercial and recreational applications for the global marine industry and beyond.

The Company has adopted the term “eco-safe” in order to differentiate its products from the “environmentally friendly” class of products, which are not typically neutral or safe to the environment (just less harmful than other comparable products). Further, the quality of these ‘less harmful' products usually do not meet the performance of their non-environmentally friendly competition.

Mariner's Choice has developed and positioned its products as totally natural, eco-safe, high quality solutions that consistently deliver performance levels equal to or superior than current products on the market, including those that contain caustic or hazardous ingredients.

Further, the Company offers these products at attractive economies of scale -- in terms of both direct cost and return-on-investment to the industrial/commercial user all the way to the retail end-users.

Mariner's Choice is servicing the global marine market with a full line of products for cleaning and maintaining marine assets while offering specific product categories that are applicable to the recreational marine market, the industrial market and the commercial marine market.

Mariner's Choice has categorized its product offerings into three distinct categories for each market (recreational/industrial/commercial) and their applications:

Under Deck Solutions

The industrial/commercial segment includes commercial shipping, cruise lines, crew ships and boats, industrial shipyard operations, waterfront resorts/hotels and offshore oil drilling platforms.

Deck Solutions

HEAVY STAIN & DEPOSIT REMOVER - Acid-replacement technology for easy and safe removal of heavy stains, encrustations and calcium deposits.

Once again, Mariner's Choice International targets two principle segments of the marine market: the industrial/commercial marine segment and the recreational marine segment.

The industrial/commercial segment includes commercial shipping, cruise lines, crew ships and boats, industrial shipyard operations, waterfront resorts/hotels and offshore oil drilling platforms.

The recreational segment of the market includes the everyday boater and the boat yards, marinas and marine operations that service them.

The corporate strategy has been to develop products that outperform current products in the industrial/commercial market and then transition the performance orientation from that market segment into the recreational market.

It is important to note that Mariner's Choice does not anticipate the recreational market to initially comprise more than 15% to 20% of total revenue. The industrial/commercial market represents higher volume and profitability.

Mariner's Choice has categorized its product offering into three distinct categories for both recreational and industrial/commercial applications: Deck Solution, Under Deck Solutions and Personal Care Solutions.

These categories allow end-users to understand the product focus of Mariner's Choice better, as well as, to offer the end-user expectations, and a method whereby they can anticipate or desire product introductions.

The categorization of products is also unique from the competition. It allows Mariner's Choice to compete in multifaceted verticals (i.e., sanitation, maintenance, etc.). Most of the competitors only compete in a single vertical (i.e., sanitation).

Additionally, the inclusion of Personal Care Solutions allows Mariner's Choice further differentiation from the competition, whereby the end-user clearly identifies with Mariner's Choice branded products.

All of the products developed and manufactured by Mariner's Choice are completely natural and eco-safe solutions, and when released into the environment, pose absolutely no harm. Yet, all of the Company's products are equal or superior in performance to most products containing harmful compounds or ingredients.

As such, all Mariner's Choice products meet or exceed worldwide environmental compliance regulations and naturally work to preserve the environment and ecology for everyone.

Mariner's Choice International is currently expanding the number of Distributors and Manufacturer's Reps in North America prior to a global expansion initiative expected to commence during the first quarter of 2010.
